Modernization of existing laboratory premises, including:
– modernization of general and process ventilation systems,
– modernization of cooling systems,
– modernization of electrical and low-voltage installations, including the fire alarm system (FAS),
– interior layout changes and finishing works,
– replacement of external aluminum joinery.
Commencement of works: September 2025.
Planned completion: second half of November 2025.
